Woods Rouse, a Lexington, Kentucky native, graduated from Sayre High School before earning his degree from Washington and Lee University in 2022. He majored in Business Administration and Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy. Woods obtained his real estate license during his senior year, marking the beginning of his career in the industry.
Woods’ involvement in real estate began in his junior year of college, where he served as the Retail Investment Director for the Washington and Lee Real Estate Society and interned at Carroll Organization in Atlanta, Georgia, as an Asset Management Summer Analyst for their multifamily fund. He later became a Portfolio Management Analyst at Greystar Real Estate Partners in Charleston, South Carolina, working under their national Multifamily Develop-to-Core fund. Following this, he joined AJ Capital Partners in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Hospitality Acquisition Analyst for the Graduate Hotels Brand.
A dedicated Kentucky sports fan, Woods spends his free time coaching youth basketball, football, and baseball. He also enjoys hunting and golfing whenever he gets the chance.
