Born and raised in Kentucky, Randy Bell is an Owensboro native and a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky. He began his career in commercial real estate while still in college and has since built more than two decades of experience across development, leasing, property management, and landlord representation.
Throughout his career, Randy has focused primarily on shopping center and residential development, working with property owners to position assets, attract and retain quality tenants, negotiate leases, and maximize long-term value. He has worked alongside a wide range of clients and tenants, from national retailers and established brands to regional businesses and local entrepreneurs.
In addition to his leasing and development experience, Randy brings extensive knowledge of real estate investment analysis, building systems, construction, and property operations. His hands-on experience allows him to evaluate properties from both an investment and operational perspective while providing practical guidance throughout the life of a project. Randy values building lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and business owners and takes pride in contributing to the communities in which he works.
Randy currently lives in Lexington with his wife, Jennifer and their two daughters.
