Carrie Hays is a native of Newnan, Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications. After graduation, Carries moved to Washington, D.C. and traveled the country working in marketing and communications for the federal government. After nearly a decade of public service, Carrie relocated to Lexington to be with her now-husband, Matt, and earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky in 2012.
After completing her master’s degree, she was employed by two of the country’s top 50 largest medical groups. In those roles, Carrie worked on numerous medical office construction, renovation, and leasing projects. She discovered her passion for real estate during that time and obtained her real estate license in 2016. Carrie is an active real estate investor, specializing in multi-family properties and residential rehab projects.
Carrie resides in Lexington with her husband and their three daughters. Together, they enjoy adventures in traveling and all things water related, including boating, surfing, scuba diving, wakeboarding, and kitesurfing.
