Clay Angelucci was born and raised in Lexington Kentucky where he attended Lexington Catholic High School and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Miami (Fl) in 2006. While attending Miami, Clay held valuable apprenticeships with The Miami Heat’s marketing department and
Ocean Drive Magazine.
Clay’s career in commercial real estate began when he went out on his own and started ACRE, a full service Commercial Brokerage specializing in digital trends and marketing. In 2012, Clay was selected as a “Power Broker” in leasing by the Costar Group. After ACRE, a mutual pride for Lexington and enthusiasm for commercial real estate lead to a partnership with Greg Leveridge and Peter Barr to form Block+Lot Real Estate in 2013.
Clay specializes in the sales and leasing of Industrial, Office, Retail, Land, and Investment properties throughout the Kentucky market. He continues to study networking, social media, and market trends.
Peter Barr, CCIM, SIOR
Peter Barr is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. Peter attended The Lexington School, Lexington Catholic High School and Bolletierri Tennis Academy (Bradenton, FL). He graduated with a B.A. from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 2003. Peter was four year letterman for the Sewanee Tennis Team and four year participant in the NCAA Tournament.
Peter’s career in commercial real estate began in 2005 as a Sales/Leasing Associate with Haymaker/Bean Commercial Real Estate in Lexington, KY. Following his tenure with Haymaker/Bean, Peter partnered with Greg Leveridge and Clay Angelucci to form Block + Lot Real Estate, LLC in 2013. He was designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in October of 2008. CCIM’s are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage and investment analysis. Peter was designated into the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) in July of 2015. With approximately 3,100 members worldwide, SIOR’s are recognized as most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. Peter specializes in the sales and leasing of Industrial, Office, Retail, Land, and Investment Properties throughout the Kentucky market. He is a member of The Lexington and Kentucky CCIM Chapters where he served as President of the Lexington Chapter in 2012 and currently sits on the Board of Directors. In addition, Peter is a member of The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and The Commercial Property Association of Lexington (CPAL).
Greg Leveridge was raised in Lexington, Kentucky, where he attended and graduated from Sayre School. He received his B.A. from The University of the South (Sewanee) in 2002 and received additional education at Oxford University in England and the New York Real Estate Institute in New York City. Gregory spent 6 years in New York City selling real estate throughout Manhattan where he represented buyers, sellers, and developers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions totaling approximately $50 Million.
Now a proud resident of Lexington with his wife Jamie, daughter Juliet, and son Davis, Gregory specializes in the sales and leasing of Residential, Commercial, and Investment properties throughout Kentucky, and in recent years he has taken an active role in the development of downtown Lexington and the revitalization of certain corridors like the Lexington Distillery District and North Limestone. He has represented and worked with clients including 21C Museum Hotel, Cellular Sales, Orange Leaf, Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, Stengel Hill Architects, Cook Out, and Pacific Pulmonary Services.

Adam Joined the Block + Lot team in the summer of 2013. A 2006 graduate from the University of Kentucky, Adam has had a vested interest in real estate since college, buying and selling property while earning his degree. After college, Adam began working with BC Wood Properties, a local company, ranked in the Top 75 Retail/Shopping Center owners in the country. Over the years Adam worked his way from Property Manager to Leasing Manger, and eventually Asset Manager, where he oversaw the day to day operations of +/- 1.7 million square feet of retail shopping centers located in Tennessee.
Adam specializes in residential, commercial, and land development, as well as property management. Adam gained his CSM Certification (Certified Shopping Center Manager) through ICSC in 2010. Adam is also a member of CPAL, ICSC and a Board Member for the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge - Lexington.

Alaina is a native of Union, KY. In 2007, she graduated from Transylvania University with degrees in International Security and Philosophy. After a year of teaching English in Austria with the Fulbright Commission, Alaina returned to Lexington to complete her Master’s Degree at the University of Kentucky's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce.
Alaina began her career in real estate as a member of the Economic Development team at Commerce Lexington. She helped to locate new business to the Bluegrass Region, as well as offering assistance to local companies as they expanded their business in Lexington. After three years of working with real estate professionals in the region, Alaina joined Block+Lot Real Estate in February 2014. She specializes in the sales and leasing of Industrial, Office, Retail, and Land.
Brian Luftman was raised in Lexington, KY where he attended Dunbar High School. In 2001 he obtained a B.S. in Finance from Miami of Ohio’s Farmer School of Business. Immediately after college, Luftman moved to Chicago to pursue his dream of being a floor trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He ended up buying a seat on the exchange and trading commodity options for 10 years. During that time, he founded Luftrade, which specialized in cattle, corn, soybean and wheat options.
In 2011, Luftman founded American Farm Investors in his hometown of Lexington, KY. AFI is a full service farmland investment company in Lexington, KY, specializing in profitable farmland investments. AFI is one of the only firms in the country who syndicates farmland purchases and allows profitable agricultural assets to be held in an IRA or 401K account. Luftman currently lives in Lexington with his wife, Sara and their two young children.

Reynolds is a native Lexingtonian. He attended Henry Clay High School and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2006. Upon graduation, he began work with his father at Kendall Hart Contracting, Inc., a commercial construction company performing design/build projects, new construction and office fit-ups. While at KHC, Reynolds took the lead on any residential projects the company received, driving him to become a full-time residential remodeler.
In 2006, alongside a career in construction, Reynolds began his career as a real estate broker specializing in sales and purchasing of residential properties. His experience as a Realtor enables him to understand what key features today’s buyers desire in a home. His remodeling experience allows him to understand the most efficient and effective ways to upgrade or improve any home to sell at its highest price.
Reynolds is fully dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service to his clients. He’s able to utilize his combined expertise in commercial and residential construction, sales and marketing, and buyer representation to add value to any home, before or after the transaction.
Lesli Lawrence, CCIM
Lesli Lawrence was raised in Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lexington Catholic High School. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Management.
Lesli’s career in commercial real estate began in 2006 as Landlord representative for Anderson Communities. She was designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2010, asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the Lexington CCIM Chapter in 2011, and later became the youngest and first female President of the Lexington CCIM Chapter in 2013. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors for the Lexington, Kentucky CCIM Chapter. Lesli is also a member of IREM as a Certified Property Management (CPM) Candidate. She is educated in Lean Systems and a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), which focuses on supply chain and operations. Lesli is also active in Women Leading Kentucky.

Lauren Cambron was born and raised in Versailles, Kentucky and is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School. She went on to attend the University of Kentucky where she was actively involved in her sorority’s philanthropy St. Jude, and served as the Alumni Relations Chair. While at The University of Kentucky, Lauren held a valuable internship with Paul Miller Ford’s marketing department learning and implementing brand development, social media, and promotional marketing practices. While in college she focused primarily on the study of Public Relations with an emphasis on social media and promotional marketing. She graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communications. Lauren joined Block+Lot Real Estate in August 2016. She specializes in the sales and leasing of Industrial, Office, Retail, and Land.
Colleen Barr, MBA, CCIM
Colleen Barr was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. After graduating from Henry Clay High School, she attended the University of Alabama and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Colleen continued her education by earning a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Colleen received her Real Estate License in 1997 and began working as a commercial leasing and sales associate in 1998. Colleen has obtained her Broker’s License and Certified Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She has served at Vice President and President of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington (CPAL), is a member of the National Association of Realtors and currently holds a board position of the Lexington Chapter of CCIM. Colleen specializes in leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties. Colleen is married and has three active children. She is involved with the Parent Teacher Association at her children’s schools and is a Member of Christ the King Church.
Lara Early Thornbury

Lara Early Thornbury is a true native of Clark County with ancestors dating back to the founding of Winchester in 1773. She was raised there on her family’s cattle farm and lived in the Early family home circa 1865. She holds a Bachelors in Agriculture and worked for several years at the Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association. To stay current in the cattle industry she also became a Master Cattlemen. Her love of history and historic preservation started at a young age and grew with her in her career as Executive Director of Winchester First, a downtown program. She served as head of downtown revitalization efforts for the City of Winchester for almost 7 years and became a regional captain for the Kentucky Heritage Council, overseeing 13 communities.
As Winchester First Director, Lara implemented several signature events including Wine about Winter, Summer Sip and Stroll and the hugely popular Beer Cheese Festival, which draws thousands to downtown Winchester each summer. Lara and her husband Chris own two historic commercial buildings in downtown Winchester, which they have fully renovated. Her passion, knowledge and experience in historic preservation makes her the ideal realtor when it comes selling historic commercial property and historic property throughout Central Kentucky.
Lara lives in Winchester with her husband and son Harris in the Saint Nicholas House circa1860, an old hotel they renovated for their home. Following her love of history, she is currently working on her application to become a Daughter of the American Revolution. The Thornbury’s dream is to eventually move back to the country and start their own cattle farm.
